Is it possible that mac 'n' cheese could get any better? You bet! With a
little help from Pace® and Campbell's®, this creamy concoction reaches
new flavor heights.

Ranchero Macaroni Bake
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 20 min.
Bake Time: 25 min.

1 can (26 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular
*or* 98% Fat Free)
1 cup milk
1 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese *OR* Monterey Jack cheese (about 12 ounces)
3 cups elbow pasta, cooked and drained
1 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips

1. Stir the soup, milk, salsa, cheese and pasta in a 3-quart shallow
baking dish.

2. Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes or until the pasta mixture is hot and
bubbling. Stir the pasta mixture. Sprinkle with the tortilla chips.

3. Bake for 5 minutes or until the tortillas chips are golden brown.

Makes: 8 servings (about 1 1/2 cups each).

Kitchen Clip For a pop of color, stir in 1/4 cup diced red bell
pepper, then sprinkle with sliced scallions or chopped cilantro before
serving.
