a warming bowl of this quick vegetable soup.
Hearty Old Fashioned Vegetable Soup
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 20 min.
Cook Time: 5 min.
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell'sŪ Condensed Old Fashioned Vegetable Soup
1 soup can water
1 can (about 8 ounces) stewed tomatoes
3/4 cup corkscrew-shaped pasta (rotini), cooked and drained
Grated Parmesan cheese
1. Heat the soup, water, tomatoes and pasta in a 1-quart saucepan over
medium-high heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve with the
cheese.
Makes: 2 servings (2 cups each).
Kitchen Clip Don't feel like you have to use rotini for this.
Other shapes work well too, like penne or wagon wheels - ideal for using
up those not-quite-full boxes of pasta in the cupboard!
