Tonight's supper is one of those great dishes that is savored by adults
and loved by kids. It's a real winner!
3-Cheese Mostaccioli Bolognese
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 30 min. Bake Time: 20 min.
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and sliced
3 cups (1 lb. 10 oz.) Prego(R) Traditional Italian Sauce or Prego(R)
Organic Tomato & Basil Italian Sauce
1 pkg. (16 ounce) mostaccioli or tube-shaped pasta (ziti), cooked and
drained
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Cook the beef and garlic in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat
until the beef is well browned, stirring to break up meat. Pour off any
fat. Add the zucchini and cook until it's tender. Stir in the sauce.
Stir the beef mixture, pasta, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese
and Parmesan cheese in a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with the
remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbly. Serves 6.

Serve with a Caesar salad using prepared dressing and Pepperidge Farm(R)
