Sit down to a delicious family dinner that's easy enough for everyday,
but special enough to serve to company!

Autumn Pork Chops
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular
or 98% Fat Free)
1/2 cup apple juice OR water
2 tbsp. spicy-brown mustard
1 tbsp. honey
Generous dash ground black pepper
Hot cooked medium egg noodles

Directions:
 HEAT oil in skillet. Cook chops 10 min. or until browned.
 ADD soup, apple juice, mustard, honey and black pepper. Heat to a boil.
Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until chops are done. Serve with
noodles. Serves 4.
 TIP: Serve with a saut&#233;ed squash medley: zucchini and yellow
squash with red onion and garlic. For dessert serve apple crisp.

Kitchen Clip:
When making this recipe, experiment with different flavors of mustard.
You can try Dijon-style mustard, horseradish mustard or a fruit-flavored
mustard.
