Here's a tasty idea for the busiest of nights, where you still want a
good, home-cooked dinner!
Sweet & Tangy Chicken
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular, 25%
Less Sodium or Healthy Request(R))
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
4 cups hot cooked regular long-grain white rice
Directions:
HEAT butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
ADD soup, water, sugar and vinegar. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over
low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
Serve with your family's favorite green vegetable (use frozen veggies to
save time) and some seasonal fruit for dessert.
