Easy Vegetable Soup
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.
2 cans (14 oz. each ) Swanson(R) Seasoned Beef Broth with Onion
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 medium potato, cut into 1" pieces
1 cup fresh or frozen cut green beans
Directions:
MIX broth, thyme, carrots, potato and beans in saucepan. Heat to a
boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
Serve with grilled cheese sandwiches or your favorite panini.
