Turkey Stuffing Divan

When leftovers are done right, no one realizes you used leftovers - and
this recipe is the perfect example of leftovers done right!

Turkey Stuffing Divan
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time: 30 min.

1 1/4 cups boiling water
4 tbsp. butter OR margarine
4 cups Pepperidge Farm(R) Herb Seasoned Stuffing
2 cups cooked broccoli cuts
2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular
or 98% Fat Free)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
 MIX water and butter. Add stuffing. Mix lightly.
 SPOON into 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with broccoli and turkey.
 MIX soup, milk and 1/2 cup cheese and pour over all. Sprinkle with
remaining cheese.
 BAKE at 350 degreesF. for 30 min. or until hot. Serves 6.
 TIP: For 2 cups cubed cooked chicken, in medium saucepan over medium
heat, in 4 cups boiling water, cook 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts or
thighs, cubed, 5 min. or until chicken is done.

Kitchen Clip:
Serve with a crisp green salad dressed with a light vinaigrette.
