Campbell's(R) Skillet Mac 'n' Beef
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.
3/4 lb. lean ground beef (85% lean)
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning OR dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Tomato Soup OR Campbell's(R)
Healthy Request(R) Condensed Tomato Soup
1/4 cup water
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
3 cups cooked corkscrew-shaped pasta, cooked without salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
COOK beef, onion and Italian seasoning in skillet until browned. Pour
off fat.
ADD soup, water and corn. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat
5 min. or until corn is tender. Add pasta and heat through. Sprinkle
with cheese. Serves 6.
Kitchen Clip:
To save even more time, pick up pre-chopped onion at the salad bar or
produce section of the grocery store. One small onion equals
approximately 1/3 - 1/2 cup chopped onions.
