You'll see how this yummy honey mustard sauce quickly transforms plain
chicken into a delightful dish!

Honey Mustard Chicken
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can (14 oz.) Swanson(R) Chicken Broth OR Natural Goodness&#8482;
Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cups)
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 large carrot, cut into 2" matchstick-thin strips
1 medium onion, sliced
4 cups hot cooked rice, cooked without salt

Directions:
 MIX cornstarch, broth, honey and mustard.
 COOK chicken in nonstick skillet until browned. Add carrot and onion.
Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
 ADD cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
Serve with rice. Serves 4.
 For Extra Flavorful Rice: Cook rice in Swanson(R) Chicken Broth instead
of water. No need to add salt or butter.

Kitchen Clip:
