Need a speedy supper that's full of flavor? Try this sizzling skillet
that will make everyone smile.

Oriental Beef & Vegetable Skillet
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak steak, 3/4" thick
 Vegetable cooking spray
2 cups broccoli flowerets
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cups onion wedges
1/2 tsp. garlic powder OR 4 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Healthy Request(R) Condensed Cream of
Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
4 cups hot cooked rice, cooked without salt

Directions:
 SLICE beef into very thin strips.
 SPRAY skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat 1 min.
Add beef and cook until browned, stirring often. Remove beef.
 REMOVE skillet from heat. Spray with cooking spray. Add broccoli,
mushrooms, onion and garlic powder and cook until tender-crisp.
 ADD soup, water and soy. Heat to a boil. Return beef to skillet and
heat through. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
 TIP: To make slicing easier, freeze beef 1 hr.

Kitchen Clip:
To save time, purchase pre-washed, pre-chopped vegetables from the salad
bar.
