These golden baked chicken legs are like fried chicken, but without the
mess!
Zesty Baked Chicken
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 1 hr.
4 chicken legs (about 2 lb.)
1 jar (12 oz.) Campbell's(R) Slow Roast Chicken Gravy
2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Zesty Italian Croutons, crushed
2 tbsp. butter OR margarine, melted
Directions:
DIP chicken into 1/2 cup gravy. Coat with crouton crumbs.
PLACE chicken in shallow baking pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake at
375°F. for 1 hr. or until done.
HEAT remaining gravy and serve with chicken. Serves 4.
TIP: If desired remove skin from chicken before dipping in gravy.
