Your kitchen will be filled with the wonderful aromas of an Italian
country kitchen as you prepare this simple chicken and vegetable dinner.

Creamy Chicken and Vegetables
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

 Vegetable cooking spray
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Healthy Request(R) Condensed Cream of
Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

Directions:
 SPRAY skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat 1 min.
Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
 ADD soup, milk, lemon juice, basil, garlic powder and vegetables. Heat
to a boil. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 5
min. or until done. Serves 4.
