Chicken Tetrazzini with a Twist

Tonight's supper takes familiar, accessible ingredients and turns them
into a meal that's anything but ordinary.

Chicken Tetrazzini with a Twist
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 25 min.

3 cups uncooked corkscrew-shaped pasta
1 medium zucchini, shredded
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 can Campbell's(R) Healthy Request(R) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 cans (4.5 oz. each ) Swanson(R) Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, drained

Directions:
 COOK pasta according to pkg. directions, omitting salt. Add zucchini
and carrot for last 1 min. of cooking time. Drain in colander.
 HEAT oil in same saucepot. Add onion and cook until tender. Add soup,
milk, sour cream, cheese, chicken and pasta mixture. Heat through. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
To save time, purchase pre-shredded and pre-chopped vegetables from the
produce section of the grocery store.
