Baked Macaroni and Cheese
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 20 min. - Bake Time: 20 min.
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 soup can milk
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
2 cups hot cooked corkscrew OR medium shell pasta
1 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. butter OR margarine, melted
Directions:
MIX soup, milk, black pepper and pasta in 1-qt. baking dish.
MIX bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over pasta mixture.
BAKE at 400°F. for 20 min. or until hot. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
This dish is easy to double--for a crowd, or keep in fridge for quick
lunches later this week. Add sliced tomatoes in a vinaigrette and a loaf
of crusty French bread to complete the menu; top ice cream with
chocolate sauce for dessert.
