Broccoli Fish Bake
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 15 min. - Bake Time: 20 min.
1 pkg. (about 10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained OR 1
lb. fresh broccoli, cut into spears, cooked and drained
1 lb. fresh OR thawed frozen firm white fish fillets (cod, haddock or
halibut)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Broccoli Soup
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. butter, melted
1/8 tsp. paprika
Directions:
ARRANGE broccoli in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with fish. Mix soup
and milk and pour over fish. Sprinkle with cheese.
MIX bread crumbs, butter and paprika and sprinkle on top. Bake at
450°F. for 20 min. or until fish is done.
Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
Since the oven is on for dinner, put a loaf of garlic bread in to heat;
a vinegar cole slaw from the deli completes the menu. While enjoying
dinner, put your favorite Pepperidge Farm(R) fruit turnovers into the
oven for dessert.
