This one-dish chicken dish, satisfying and healthy, too, makes for a
winning dinner tonight!
Chicken Verde Skillet
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 35 min.
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Creamy Chicken Verde Soup
2 cups water
1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet. Cook chicken and onion until browned. Remove chicken.
STIR in soup, water and rice. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low
heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.
RETURN chicken to skillet. Cover and cook 10 min. or until done. Serves 4.
