Pork Chops and Mustard Onion Gravy
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cup sliced onion
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) Campbell's(R) Golden Pork Gravy
1 tbsp. spicy-brown mustard
4 cups hot mashed potatoes
Directions:
COAT chops with flour.
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned. Add onion and
cook 10 min. or until chops are done.
ADD gravy and mustard. Heat through. Serve with potatoes. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
Substitute bone-in pork chops, if desired, or cut pork chops from a
boneless pork loin.
