This casual Friday supper will become a family favorite.
M'm! M'm! Good!(R) Tomato Cheese Bread
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise
1 can (11 oz.) Campbell's(R) Tomato Bisque Soup
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
PLACE bread halves on baking sheet. Bake at 400°F. for 5 min.
MIX soup, cheeses, onions and garlic powder. Spread soup mixture over bread
to within 1/4" of edges.
BAKE 5 min. or until cheese melts. Cut into slices. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
Delicious and delightfully cheesy & messy, serve this bread in shallow soup
plates with knives and forks; add potato chips and veggies to the menu and
top off with ice cream bars for dessert.
