Beef Taco Bake

"1-2-3, dinner's ready!" They'll love it and so will you!

TASTY TUESDAY PRESENTS:

Beef Taco Bake
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 10 min. - Bake Time: 30 min.

1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Tomato Soup
1 cup Pace(R) Chunky Salsa OR Picante Sauce
1/2 cup milk
6 (8") flour tortillas OR 8 (6") corn tortillas, cut into 1" pieces
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
COOK beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon into 2-qt.
shallow baking dish. Cover .
BAKE at 400°F. for 30 min. or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining
cheese. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
This one-dish meal needs just a fruit salad as accompaniment. Serve
your favorite Pepperidge Farm cookies with ice cream for dessert.
