TGIF! Make this family-favorite salad tonight and put a pizza in the oven.

Spinach Mushroom Salad
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

1 pkg. (10 oz.) fresh spinach leaves, torn into bite-size pieces.
2 cups Pepperidge Farm(R) Generous Cut Sourdough Cheese Croutons
2 cups sliced mushrooms
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
TOSS spinach, croutons, mushrooms, bacon, onion and eggs in large bowl.
MIX oil, vinegar, sugar and mustard in small saucepan. Heat through.
Add to spinach mixture and toss until evenly coated. Serves 8.
To microwave dressing, mix oil, vinegar, sugar and mustard in 1-cup
microwave-safe measuring cup. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until hot.

Kitchen Clip:
"Mise en place" means to have everything you need for a dish "at
hand," making preparation streamlined. Prepare all ingredients for
salad, keep separate until just before serving. Toss and serve
immediately.
