Cheddar Potato Bake
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 10 min. - Bake Time: 30 min.
3 cups mashed potatoes *
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/3 cup sour cream OR plain yogurt
Generous dash pepper
1 green onion, chopped
Directions:
MIX potatoes, soup, sour cream, pepper and onion. Place in 1 1/2-qt.
baking dish.
BAKE at 350°F. for 30 min. or until hot. Serves 8.
*Cook 2 lb. potatoes (peeled and cut into 1" pieces) in water to
cover. Add salt if desired. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low
heat 10 min. or until tender. Drain. Mash potatoes with 3/4 cup milk
and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine. (Season to taste.)
