Cheesy Chicken Chowder
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.

2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each ) Campbell's(R) Cheddar Cheese Soup
2 soup cans milk
1 1/2 cups Pace(R) Picante Sauce
1 medium green pepper OR red pepper, finely chopped
4 green onions, sliced
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
Sour cream

Directions:
MIX soup, milk, picante sauce, pepper and onions in saucepan. Heat to
a boil. Cook over low heat 5 min.
ADD chicken and heat through. Garnish with sour cream. Serves 6.
For 3 cups cubed cooked chicken, in medium saucepan over medium heat,
in 6 cups boiling water, cook 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts or
thighs, cubed, 5 min. or until chicken is done.

Kitchen Clip:
Pick up a rotisserie chicken and chop the meat for this super supper soup.
