Bring this delicious, eye-appealing dish to the table tonight and be
prepared to collect the compliments.

Fish Stuffing Bake
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 15 min. - Bake Time: 15 min.

1 cup water *
4 tbsp. butter OR margarine
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 small green pepper, chopped
4 cups Pepperidge Farm(R) Herb Seasoned Stuffing
1 1/2 lb. fresh OR thawed frozen firm white fish fillets (cod, haddock
or halibut)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley OR 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes

Directions:
MIX water, 2 tbsp. butter, carrots and pepper in saucepan. Heat to a
boil. Remove from heat. Add stuffing and mix lightly.
SPOON stuffing across center of 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Arrange
fish on each side of stuffing.
MELT remaining butter and mix with lemon juice and parsley. Spoon over fish.
BAKE at 400°F. 15 min. or until fish is done. Serves 6.
To melt butter, remove wrapper and place in microwave-safe cup. Cover
and microwave on HIGH 30 seconds.
*For moister stuffing increase water by 2- to 4-tbsp.

Kitchen Clip:
To save preparation time, use crinkle-cut pre-sliced carrots from the
produce section.
