*Herbed Pork Roast & Creamy Mushroom Gravy*
*from Campbell's Kitchen *
Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 1 hr. 45 min.
*Ingredients:*
1 tsp. minced fresh rosemary* OR *1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1 tsp. minced fresh parsley* OR *1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. minced fresh thyme* OR *1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 clove garlic, minced
2 1/2- to 3-lb. boneless pork loin roast
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom Soup* OR *98% Fat Free
Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup water
*Directions:*
*MIX* rosemary, parsley, thyme and garlic. Cut small slits into surface
of roast and stuff herb mixture into slits. Place in roasting pan.
*ROAST* at 325°F. 1 hr. 30 min. or until done. Remove roast from pan.
Let stand 10 min.
*STIR* soup into pan drippings in roasting pan. Gradually stir in water.
Cook and stir until mixture boils. Slice pork and serve with gravy.
Serves 8.
