Commemorate Child Health Day by serving a nutritious, delicious meal
sure to please the whole family.

TASTY TUESDAY PRESENTS:

Verde Enchilada Casserole
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 10 min. - Bake Time: 25 min.

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Creamy Chicken Verde Soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
4 flour tortillas (8"), cut into strips
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
MIX soup, water, garlic powder and chicken. Stir in tortillas.
SPREAD in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with cheese. Cover.
BAKE at 350ºF. 25 min. or until hot. Serves 4.
Serve with a tomato salad: tomato wedges with chopped fresh basil and
Italian vinaigrette on lettuce cups. For dessert serve grapes.

Kitchen Clip:
Any leftovers will make a very welcome lunch tomorrow, easy to heat in
the microwave.
