Be prepared to have a hit on your hands when you serve this sure-to-please supper tonight!

Ranch Hand Pulled Pork Sandwiches
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep Time: 15 min. - Cook Time: 1 hr.

1 lb. boneless pork chops
1 jar (17.5 oz.) Pace(R) Enchilada Sauce
8 Pepperidge Farm&#174; Sesame Sandwich Rolls
 Shredded Cheddar cheese
 Coleslaw

Directions:
 COOK pork chops in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 10 min. or until browned. Add enchilada sauce. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 45 min. or until chops are fork-tender.
 REMOVE pork from skillet and cool slightly. Pull pork into shreds using two forks. Return pork to skillet. Heat through.
 SERVE on rolls. Top with cheese and coleslaw. Makes 8 sandwiches.

Kitchen Clip:
Instead of purchasing boneless pork chops, you can cut 1 lb. boneless pork roast into 3/4" chops to use in this recipe.
