Fast Fiesta Soft Tacos

All-time family favorite flavors and fast prep time put this dish on the "most requested list."

Fast Fiesta Soft Tacos

Prep/Cook Time: 15 min.

1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 cup Pace(R) Chunky Salsa
8 flour tortillas (8''), warmed
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
 COOK beef and chili powder in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
 ADD salsa and heat through.
 SPOON about 1/4 cup meat mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce and cheese. Fold tortilla around filling. Serve with additional salsa. Serves 4.
Serve with Mexican rice and Mexicali corn. For dessert serve chocolate pudding.
