2-Step Chili-Topped Potatoes

*2-Step Chili-Topped Potatoes*
*from Campbell's Kitchen *

Prep/Cook Time: 15 min.

*Ingredients:*

1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 cup PaceŽ Picante Sauce
4 hot baked potatoes, split
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Chopped green onions

*Directions:*
*COOK* beef and chili powder in skillet until browned.
*ADD* picante sauce and heat through. Serve over potatoes. Top with
cheese and onions. Serves 4.
To bake potatoes, pierce potatoes with fork. Bake at 400°F. for 1 hr.
*or* microwave on HIGH 12 to 16 min. or until fork-tender.

       
Kitchen Clip
Put potatoes in to bake before making the spicy topping. Any topping
leftovers? Serve over toasted sandwich buns for lunch tomorrow.
