Easy Spinach Stuffing Casserole
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 35 min.
4 cups Pepperidge Farm(R) Herb Seasoned Stuffing
1 tbsp. butter OR margarine, melted
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Celery OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. onion powder
1 pkg. (about 10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
MIX 1/2 cup stuffing and butter.
MIX soup, sour cream, onion powder, spinach and cheese. Add remaining stuffing. Mix lightly. Spoon into 1 1/2-qt. casserole. Sprinkle stuffing mixture on top.
BAKE at 350°F. for 35 min. or until hot. Serves 6.
To thaw spinach, microwave on HIGH 3 min., breaking apart with fork halfway through heating.
