2-Step Italian Burger Melt
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Tomato Soup
1/3 cup water
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
SHAPE ground beef into 6 patties, 1/2" thick each . Place in 2-qt. shallow baking dish.
MIX soup, water and oregano. Pour over patties. Top with cheese.
BAKE at 400°F. for 20 min. or until done. Serve on rolls or over pasta. Serves 6.
Kitchen Clip:
For a change of pace, substitute fontina or provolone cheese for mozzarella
