Lemon Thyme Chicken Crunch

*Lemon Thyme Chicken Crunch*
*from Campbell's Kitchen *

Prep Time: 15 min. - Cook Time: 1 hr.

*Ingredients:*

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Healthy Request® Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves* OR *dried basil leaves, crushed
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. paprika
4 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed

*Directions:*
*MIX* soup, water, lemon juice and thyme in saucepan. Remove *1/2 cup*
soup mixture.
*MIX* bread crumbs and paprika. Dip chicken into *1/2 cup* soup mixture.
Coat with bread crumb mixture.
*PLACE* chicken on baking sheet. Spray chicken with vegetable cooking
spray. Bake at 375°F. for 1 hr. or until done.
*HEAT* remaining soup mixture. Serve with chicken. Serves 4.
