*Herb Grilled Vegetables*
*from Campbell's Kitchen *
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
*Ingredients:*
1/2 cup Swanson® Chicken Broth* OR *Natural Goodness™ Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 large red onion, thickly sliced
1 large green pepper* OR *red pepper, cut into wide strips
1 medium zucchini* OR *yellow squash, thickly sliced
2 cups large mushrooms
*Directions:*
*MIX* broth, thyme and black pepper. Brush vegetables with broth mixture.
*GRILL* vegetables 10 min. or until tender, turning and brushing often
with broth mixture. Serves 6.
