Grilled Swordfish Steaks with Citrus Salsa

dinner that is sure to be a favorite!

    
*Grilled Swordfish Steaks with Citrus Salsa*
*from Campbell's Kitchen *

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

*Ingredients:*

3/4 cup PaceŽ Picante Sauce* OR *Chunky Salsa
1 tsp. grated orange peel
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup coarsely chopped orange
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
4 swordfish steaks, 1" thick (about 1 1/2 lb.)

*Directions:*
*MIX* picante sauce, orange peel, orange juice and cilantro. Reserve
*1/2 cup*. For salsa, add orange, tomato and onions to remaining picante
sauce mixture.
*GRILL* or broil fish 10 min. or until done, turning once and brushing
often with reserved picante sauce mixture. Discard remaining picante
sauce mixture.
*SERVE* fish with orange salsa. Serves 4.
