1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups cooked broccoli flowerets
4 cups hot cooked rice, cooked without margarine or salt

Directions:

and cook until browned, stirring often.
ADD soup, milk, lemon juice, garlic, pepper and broccoli. Heat to a
boil. Heat through. Serve over rice. Serves 4.

Kitchen Clip:
Fresh lemon juice brightens up the flavors of many dishes, so it's a
good idea to keep a fresh lemon in the refrigerator. Use the zest in
salad dressings, and squeeze a little fresh lemon onto buttered green
vegetables just before serving. To release all the juice in a lemon,
before cutting it, roll the lemon on the counter with the palm of your
hand, applying gentle pressure. Slice and squeeze.
