All-favorite ingredients make a supper dish that's a winner. Please the
family and yourself with this simple hearty supper, brought to you by
Campbell's(R) Kitchen.
Chunky Chicken and Vegetables
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 15 min.
1 can (19 oz.) Campbell's(R) Chunky Chicken Vegetable Soup
1/2 cup frozen vegetables (broccoli cuts, cut green beans, peas or corn)
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
2/3 cup uncooked instant white rice
Directions:
MIX soup, vegetables and oregano in saucepan. Heat to a boil.
ADD rice. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serves 2.
Kitchen Clip:
You can add any vegetable that's a family favorite. Vary the dish by
adding shredded Swiss cheese before serving. Serve with biscuits hot
from the oven and a spinach salad. Offer butterscotch pudding with
Pepperidge Farm(R) sugar cookies for dessert.
