A cheesy ground beef mixture spiked with chili powder makes a quick and
satisfying filling for tacos. Keep the ingredients for Nacho Tacos on
hand and count on Campbell's(R) for an easy dinner tonight!
Nacho Tacos
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 can Campbell's(R) Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
8 taco shells
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, chopped
Directions:
COOK beef, onion and chili powder in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
ADD 1/2 cup soup. Heat through.
HEAT remaining soup in saucepan. Spoon meat mixture into taco shells.
Top each with soup, lettuce and tomato. Makes 8 tacos.

Ready to serve taco shells made with corn tortillas are a favorite, but
the next time you make these tacos try flour tortillas, warmed in the
microwave. Let everyone wrap up the filling with lettuce and tomato in a
tortilla wrapper.
