Easy on the cook defines dinner tonight! This simple but delicious
skillet supper will please the family as well.
Savory Chicken Stew
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 10 min. - Cook Time: 30 min.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
1 can Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken & Broccoli Soup
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 small red potatoes, cut into quarters
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 cup broccoli flowerets
Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring
often. Remove chicken.
ADD soup, milk, pepper, potatoes, carrots and broccoli. Heat to a
boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.
Return chicken to pan. Cover.
COOK 5 min. or until done. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
This skillet supper is almost a meal-in-one; needing only some dinner
rolls or a loaf of French bread to mop up the delicious sauce. Serve
seasonal berries--blueberries, strawberries or raspberries--over slices
of pound cake for dessert.
