You won't have to call the family twice for dinner tonight--this easy,
satisfying dish is going to become a new family favorite! The
Campbell's(R) Kitchen brings you meal ideas perfect for every day.

Chicken & Mushroom Dijon
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

2 tbsp. butter OR margarine
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 cups broccoli flowerets
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 can Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken & Broccoli Soup
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles

Directions:
  HEAT 1 tbsp. butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.
Remove chicken.
  HEAT remaining butter. Add broccoli and mushrooms and cook until tender.
  ADD soup, milk and mustard. Heat to a boil. Add chicken. Cover and
cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with noodles. Serves 4.

Save time by planning ahead and cooking extra pasta for future meals.
Egg noodles, like other pasta, can be cooked ahead and stored in the
refrigerator for a few days. Simply drain, place in a plastic bag and
toss with just enough vegetable oil--a couple of teaspoons or so--to
keep from sticking. Reheat in the microwave, toss with a salad, or stir
into a savory sauce to reheat.
