Cheesy Picante Potatoes
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 15 min.
1 can Campbell's(R) Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 cup Pace(R) Picante Sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 cups cubed cooked potatoes (about 4 medium)
Paprika
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
MIX soup, picante sauce and garlic in skillet. Add potatoes. Heat
through. Sprinkle with paprika and cilantro. Serve with additional
picante sauce if desired. Serves 6 to 8.
