family-pleasing meal in minutes. Campbell's(R) Kitchen offers you quick
and tasty meal ideas every day.

Quick Chili & Rice
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time: 25 min.

2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
3 tbsp. chili powder
3 cups V8(R) 100% Vegetable Juice
2 cans (16 oz. each ) Campbell's(R) Pork & Beans
6 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:
  COOK beef, onion and chili powder in saucepot until beef is browned.
Pour off fat.
  ADD vegetable juice and beans. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 10
min., stirring occasionally. Serve over rice. Serves 8.

Kitchen Clip:
Tortilla chips, or warm corn tortillas, along with radishes, carrot and
jicama sticks, complement this one-bowl meal perfectly. Garnish bowls of
chili and rice with sour cream, shredded Cheddar or Jack cheese and
minced cilantro. Try key lime pie for dessert.
