If your New Year plans include a celebratory brunch, our Brunch Ham
Puffs will make a delicious and easy addition to the menu.
Brunch Ham Puffs
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 25 min. - Bake Time: 30 min.
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm(R) Frozen Puff Pastry Shells
1 can Campbell's(R) Cream of Chicken Dijon Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 1/2 cups cooked asparagus cut in 1" pieces
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Directions:
BAKE pastry shells according to pkg. directions.
MIX soup, milk, ham, asparagus and cheese in saucepan. Heat through.
SERVE in pastry shells. Serves 6.
Kitchen Clip:
You can bake the shells in advance and store them, unfilled, in an
airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Five minutes in
a 400 degrees F. oven will re-crisp them.
