Roast Beef with Onion & Avocado
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 10 min.
1 tsp. horseradish
4 slices Pepperidge Farm(R) Honey Oat Natural Whole Grain Bread
6 oz. thinly sliced cooked lean roast beef
Thinly sliced red onion
Sliced ripe avocado (2 oz.)
Directions:
SPREAD horseradish on 2 slices bread.
TOP with beef, onion, avocado and remaining bread. Serves 2.
