Cool Tuna Pasta Salad
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 20 min. - Chill Time: 2 hr.
1 can Campbell's(R) Cream of Celery OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 cups cooked corkscrew pasta
2 cups cooked mixed vegetables OR peas
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cans (about 6 oz. each ) tuna, drained and flaked
Salad greens
Tomato slices
Directions:
MIX soup, mayonnaise and vinegar.
TOSS pasta, vegetables, onion, tuna and soup mixture until coated.
Refrigerate at least 2 hr.
SERVE on salad greens with tomato. Serves 6.
