Top off the week with a classic Campbell's(R) baked potato topper, made
with Cheddar Cheese Soup and broccoli.
Cheesy Broccoli Potato Topper
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time 10 min.
1 can Campbell's(R) Cheddar Cheese Soup
4 hot baked potatoes split
1 cup cooked broccoli flowerets
Directions:
STIR soup in can until smooth.
PLACE hot potatoes on microwave-safe place. Fluff up potatoes with
fork. Top with broccoli.
SPOON soup over potatoes. Microwave on HIGH 4 min. or until hot. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
To bake potatoes, clean 4 potatoes thoroughly and pierce with fork. Bake
at 400 degrees F. for 1 hour, or microwave on HIGH 10 1/2 to 12 1/2 min.
or until fork-tender. Remove from heat and wrap in foil. Let stand 3-5 min.
