Kitchen Clip:
Mostaccioli and ziti are pastas that traditionally come to mind when one
refers to tube-shaped pasta. But tube-shaped pastas come in many
varieties, ranging in size from large to small. Some of the more
well-known ones are: cannelloni and manicotti, larger tubes
traditionally used for stuffing; penne, narrow tubes with ridged sides
and angled ends; tubetti and ditalini, tiny tubes often used in soups.
