Campbell's(R) Cream of Broccoli Soup stirs up mid-week meal magic with a
simple, savory skillet ready in minutes!

Chicken Broccoli Stir-Fry
from Campbell's Kitchen

Prep/Cook Time 25 min.

3 cups cut-up vegetables *
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 can Campbell's(R) Cream of Broccoli OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Broccoli Soup
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:
  SPRAY skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add
vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp. Remove vegetables. Remove
skillet from heat.
  SPRAY skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken and stir-fry until
browned. Remove chicken.
  ADD soup, water and soy. Heat to a boil. Return vegetables and chicken
and heat through. Serve over rice. Serves 4.

*Use a combination of broccoli flowerets, sliced carrots and green or
red pepper strips.

Save prep time with a stop at your supermarket salad bar for cut-up
vegetables. Because the vegetables will stir-fry quickly and require
attention while cooking, cut the chicken before starting them so the
chicken is ready to stir-fry when the vegetables are done.
