Mealtime favorites of Campbell's(R) Cream of Mushroom Soup, ramen
noodles, chicken and broccoli team for a "souper" easy saucepan supper
that's ready in minutes!
Creamy Chicken Broccoli Noodles
from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time 20 min.
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) chicken flavor ramen noodle soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Mushroom OR 98% Fat Free Cream
of Mushroom Soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 1/2 cups cooked broccoli flowerets
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
6 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters (optional)
Directions:
COOK noodles in saucepan according to pkg. directions. Stir in
seasoning packets. Drain off most of liquid.
ADD mushroom soup, milk, broccoli and chicken. Heat through. Stir in
tomatoes. Serves 4.
Kitchen Clip:
To make 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken, in 3-4 cups boiling water cook
3/4 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed, for 5 min.
or until the chicken is no longer pink.
