Basil is one of the world's favorite and most frequently used herbs. Its
mild, minty-licorice flavor enhances a variety of foods--meats, fish,
seafood, tomato dishes, sauces, soups, stews, salads and eggs. For best
flavor, crush dried basil leaves betweeen your fingers.
