It's a glaze of glory for pork chops, and dinner-making ease for
you, when Campbell's French Onion Soup does the cooking!
Campbell's Glazed Pork Chops
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
6 pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 can Campbell's French Onion Soup
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
MIX cornstarch and water.
HEAT butter in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.
ADD soup and sugar. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat
10 min. or until done.
REMOVE chops and keep warm. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir
until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over chops. Serves 6.
Shopping List:
1 can Campbell's French Onion Soup
6 pork chops, 3/4" thick
Butter or margarine
Cornstarch
Brown sugar
Kitchen Clip:
Keep brown sugar soft by storing in an airtight container. If your
brown sugar has hardened, place it in a dish. Cover and microwave
on high for 15 seconds.
