We received lots of delicious recipes, like Nancy's Noodle
Casserole submitted by Nancy D. from Wilmington, OH. We tested -
and loved - this home-style casserole.

Nancy's Noodle Casserole

Prep Time: 10 min.
Cook Time: 40 min.

1 bag (12 oz.) medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 container (16 oz.) ricotta cheese
1/2 lb. deli sliced ham
Parmesan bread crumbs

MIX noodles, soups and half of ricotta cheese.
POUR half of noodle mixture in 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Layer
ham slices on top. Spread with remaining ricotta cheese. Top with
remaining noodle mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
BAKE at 350 degrees F. for 40 min. or until hot. Serves 8.
